Good Fast Primary HD?

What would you recommend as a primary HD for a PC, which has fast app and boot time, reliability, at least 120gb storage, and is a good price?

I was looking at Seagate Momentus XT, but have though maybe its better to buy an SSD? Though Ive heard they are unreliable.

My plan is to have a WD Green (or Samsung Eco) for backup, WD Black for game install, and primary will be for all my programs such as Office and Photoshop + the OS.

HDD really arent that serious... most standard users will never notice the performance between them.

SSD drives you will notice a performance increase but not one worth the price. They are for people looking to squeeze every bit of performance out of their machine.
