Which GPU should I get? GTX 460 vs. HD 6850 -> Other.

Hi Guys.

So I was wondering which GPU you think I should get. I am deliberating between
- PowerColor HD 6850 OC 1GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DP Out PCI-E.. | Ebuyer.com
and
- Gigabyte GTX 460 OC2 1GB GDDR5 Dual DVI Mini HDMI Out.. | Ebuyer.com
or
- Any other one you think for my budget.

Budget : £150 / $240

I want to be able to play a good amount of games, at high/pretty/reasonable graphics for a while, not have to upgrade for a few years etc.

The GPU is going to be used with -
- ASUS M4A78LT-M Socket AM3 AMD SB710 DVI VGA HDMI 8.. | Ebuyer.com : MOBO
- AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2 GHz Socket AM3.. | Ebuyer.com : Processor
and 4GB DDR3 RAM - later about 8GB

It will be used for gaming, video editing, and video rendering.

6850 should work nicely. it's a bit faster than the 460, so unless you've got a vendetta against ati go with the 6850

The 460 here is comes pre-overclocked - twice. Is that going to be a big factor?
The HD 6850 is overclocked - once.

you can overclock it yourself. FOR FREE! haha. and i think that the 'twice overclocked' is a bit of a gimmick. i mean if you overclock it once, and then overclock it again, your still just overclocking it.
