Help Choosing Laptop for GF!

Hi,

I'm helping my GF buy a laptop and need some help and advice the only thing that i cannot decide on is a manufacturer.

The following criteria may help.

Weight:Around the 2.5 mark
Price:Around 1500AUD
Screen:Around 15inch
Processor:i5 or i7
RAM:4-6gig
HDD500 or above

She wants it to be a slim build too. She wants the macbook pro look without buying one. Stupid fashion statements .
