Ultra m923 front bezel

I just bought an Ultra m923 tower for my new computer. To install the HDD, or anything else for that matter, I have to remove the front panel of the case. My problem is that the front panel does NOT want to budge. I'm at the point where I'm ready to simply pry at it until it breaks off.

Does anyone have any experience with this case to help me?

remove the side panels and look at the space where the outer edge of the bezel is touching the front of the metal portion of the case. There should be 3 screws (maybe 4) on each side.
