Do i need a new heatsink?

the price may be a little much considering my processer itself was $80, and $47 + $6 shipping + tax means your getting close to 60 bucks for a heatsink. im also a little tight with money at the moment =X. And the Thermaltake is only the heatsink with no fan so that pretty much another 20 bucks most likely.. Has anyone used the ULTRA heatsink?

Also, what does socket 370 mean?? will that work with my processer?

I've been looking around and found these two :

Again, i dont know too much about cooling but will either of these be able to keep my amd 2500 oc'ed to 3200 significantly cooler?

Dude you've got a Socket A board.....that answers your question right there...Socket A is usually represented like this "Socket A (462)" so you need to be looking for THOSE socket heatsinks

EDIT: All the fans and heatsinks you've been looking at are about the same in terms of performance. Go with whatever one has the highest CFM Fan is my suggestions since they all have about the same base, a solid copper one.

Ok, this one is socket A 462, copper and 37.6 CFM which appears to be pretty good and the fan RPM's are 6,800 which is more than twice that of my current proc. fan (3100) and a good life time of 70,000. It seems perfect for me, any suggestions?
