PSU won't Boot

PSU wont boot
I have a High end watercooled system with Koolance PSU-1300ATX-12N in the begining works fine, Wen i start the PSU shut down after 20/30 seconds.
anny suggestion ?

Well the first question I have is this:

Does the netherlands use 120v or 240v? I ask this because you may want to make sure that your power supply is set to the correct voltage.

Once you've answered this question, we'll move on from there.

We use 220/240v

I realize that you have a very high PSU wattage, but you did say that this is a high end system. You should check the wattage requirements for each piece of hardware and add the total amount to see if that exceeds the wattage of your PSU. If you don't think that could possibly be the problem, let me know.
