Taking a look around, I figured that the worst thing I can skimp out on is the case for cooling. To this knowledge, I have decided to suck it up and go back to about $60 over budget with the Antec LanBoy Modular Case.

I honestly wouldn't take the Lian Li as skimping out but hey it's your case and your money.

Yeah, thinking I'll go with the Lanboy. That removes the need for a 3.5 to 2.5 drive bay converter. Overall, still a somewhat healthy price.

Is there a way I can keep in touch? You're a knowledgeable fellow, and I'd like to be able to reference you if something comes up.

Here, Steam, and Facebook. I check all of them daily and I always have Steam on. I can do an IM service by request, I just don't like leaving the RAM suckers on.
