microsoft outlook 2003 can't send emails

My microsoft outlook can't send any emails at all, I also tried my hotmail same problem, what could it be

What program were you using for emails before? Do you have a new ISP? What are your pop and smtp setting?

when I try and send an e-mail my my pc hangs, I would have to restart my pc, it receives ok, but just can't send, even if I try to send from hotmail same problem. my pop3 is pop3.telkomsa.net and smtp.telkomsa.net

you might have a bad email

find it

delete it

I had a problem like that b4

deleting 1 email solved it

You use a firewall ,is it properly configured?

Well ,did you try sending attachments through, email services like yahoo or hotmail? . i wonder its a problem with your ISP .[possible , but not sure]
