I'm stuck between these two cases.

And if you couldn't tell, I'm on a budget. I chose these two cases because I want something low profile, cheap, and with decent ventilation. I have a ATX size PSU, which I believe will fit in these two cases... I just don't know which to choose from. I don't really like how the front USB/Audio is set up on the second one. If I had to say, I'd think the second one was the uglier of the two. But the shipping is cheaper than the first. The internal setup is about the same, and I'm not worried about the quality of the steel. They wont be getting banged around. They can both house 120mm front/rear fans, large enough for the heatsink I want, small enough to fit in my workspace... What do you all think?
