I need to buy right angle extensions first which is already planned. Plus with the fan attached to the HD cage I'll need to come up with a way to work around it.

If your desk isn't too dusty, you could flip the PSU.
Those cables going over the top of the dvd drive, can they be threaded through the side of the bays so they don't have to poke out the front?

There's no bottom vent for the psu. I could really use flipping it since the cables have to go around that bottom intake fan.

Will do on the top cables.
