GPU Capacitor "Whine."

My GTS 450 when under stress, such as folding, whines. It's a real high pitch drone like an old tube TV.

I've read into it and found that most people say it's capacitor whine and completely normal and not a bad symptom. Is this true?

My 260 has always done that high-pitched whine whenever folding, since I got it like two years ago; never had any problems with it.

Nah, capacitor whine is a completely different sound.

Well I thought that at first so I slowed the fan through Afterburner and than I stopped it with my finger. Neither made it go away.

But Yami is right. If you heard it you could tell it's electrical. Thanks Yami.
