Epson Printing Issues

I have an Epson Workforce 610 printer. When I went to Staples, they were out of stock on this printer, however, they said I could have the printer display for 10% off. So, I took it.

I went home and connected the printer. However, now it doesn't print. When I print a test page, the printer does work, but it does NOT print. I checked the ink cartridges and there is over 95% ink left.

I re-installed/un-installed the drivers and printer, however, the same issue. I rebooted the pc and unplugged/plugged power cord on printer and still same issue.

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

Take it back to Staples and have them look at it.

I did take it back to Staples and they troubleshooted it and couldn't understand why it didn't print. Therefore, they gave me a new printer.
