Can't figure out what's dying

hello all,
alrighty so this is my problem: my computer will randomly either freeze up and I will have to reset it manually, or I get a blue screen of death "IRQL not less or equal" error message. Upon trying to restart the system after one of these episodes, my motherboard freezes on POST right around where its running it's memory tests or detecting IDE drives (not quite sure which one it's doing). Also, from time to time, my display driver will randomly crash and recover. Any ideas on what I should look into to get replaced would be greatly appreciated.

What is the stop code listed when you get the "IRQL not less or equal" error message?

What are your system temperatures like? HWMonitor 1.16 setup.exe

It's probably your memory. Download UBCD and run memtest.

I would say just get Memtest86+, but that is another route, turtile. Most likely his RAM.

Also, ran MemTest+, my RAM passed all the tests. Could it be my power supply perhaps?

Either you made a few mistakes typing or your power supply is going crazy.

You need to post a screenshot as it should be showing a Minimum, Maximum and Present value for every component being monitored. Here's a Guide. Screenshot Tutorial

Sorry, my apologies for that. Here's a screenshot of the program's current display. The power supply is a little older, from when I originally built the PC 2 years ago. So if it makes sense that my voltage is not consistent, that would explain the malfunctioning right?

IRQ Settings, how to view IRQ assignments and resolve IRQ conflicts

check that out and see if that helps.

before you do that, do you have specifics of your PSU (newegg link if possible, otherwise just a model works). It could be that you're rig is under powered, and that's much easier than diagnosing and fixing an IRQ issue

Heres a link to the NewEgg product I purchased a few years back, Now that I'm looking at it, thats probably the problem! I should probably upgrade that PSU to like 700Watt right?
