MSI 870A-G54 AM3 AMD 870 Cooling Questions

Hey I have a question. What is a good heatsink for the MSI 870A-G54 AM3 AMD 870 for overclocking a Phenom II 1055t to 3.8ghz that will cost around 30 dollars for the motherboard heatsink? Also if you look at my system below you will see the cpu cooler, is that good for overclocking? and should I get a heatsink for my G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory? And same goes for my Sapphire Radeon 6850(should I overclock it for games like call of duty?), what is a good heatsink for that and do I need it... So here is the list

That is the cheapest, but good.

RAM has heat spreaders, which cool it well.
GFX stock heatsinks are good enough.
