Something is wrong with either your laptop or the speakers. If you want to find out which item is causing the problem you need to try something different. You can either borrow a different set of speakers and see if the buzzing goes away or you can try your speakers on a different laptop and see if the buzzing follows them. No one here is magical, we want to help you but you have to help also.
