Micro ATX vs. ATX Questions

Hello,

I'm looking to swap out some things from my current ATX tower into a new micro-ATX machine...want to swap out the PSU, HD, CD/DVD, etc...assume they will all still fit?

If it is a new mATX case then everything should be fine. Everything but the ATX motherboard, of course.

PSU, RAM, GFX, HSF, HDD and DVD are standard. There isn't any mATX version of them.
