Okay so here is my situation:

Computer : HP Pavilion Elite HPE 250-f running on Windows 7 home

Yesterday my brother bought a karaoke machine that came with a SD card filled with music and he wanted me to delete the music on the SD card and put in some new ones. So i put the SD card into my internal card reader and then a message popped up saying

"You need to format the disk in drive F: before you can use it."

I found that odd so i just unplugged the SD card and put in one of my random SD cards and BAM! the same message appears. I found that really odd because just 10 minutes ago i was using that SD card and i was able to access my files. Another thing that seemed weird was that it was an "F:" drive now, and im not completely sure but i dont think the path was "F:" before. I searched around online and tried that whole delete the drive path and add the drive path again and it doesnt work. I also noticed that it was a "RAW" file system now which i found really weird. To make things worse i cant format the memory card! Does anyone have a solution for this problem i am having? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: This computer is 2 months old. Just throwing it out there
