Computers gone bust

My dads computer has stopped working yesterday and wont get past post. I have tried different monitor, RAM, graphics, reseating cpu, changing hard drive, resetting cmos.
When I take the memory modules out it does a long beep if that helps? Can't think of anything else all I can guess is it is the CPU, motherboard or PSU.

Anyway got any ideas on what the problem could be?

I would try a different power supply.

Taking the RAM out will result in a long repetitive beep. Try a different PSU as Slay said.

As a third opinion, I would say the PSU as well. Power supplies are amongst one of the most common problems with a PC. They tend to go back pretty fast, compared to other components.

Not 100% true, but yes, they can go bad.
