Gaming laptop?

Mine broke DURING warranty. Gateway told me to contact Best Buy. Geek Squad said the info wasnt in their system and they where gonna charge me 700+ bucks for something i fixed in 5 minutes (a year later, but its fixed now).
Warranty doesnt mean crap when customer support is crap tbh. Most little problems ive seen people complain about my laptop online is a simple fix for anybody tech savvy.
 
If it's their product, they fix it. If they say they can't help you, you can sue them. It is written clearly under the warranty terms.
 
It was their product and the new screen was going to be "under warranty" but they where going to charge me that much to put the screen in. All it was, was a loose ribbon connection from the LCD to the motherboard. One of us probably hit the media buttons to hard and knocked it loose so reseating it did the job.

Everyone knows how shady Best Buy is.
