Just completed new build, what do I do now?

I just finished my new build with the following:
Asus Sabertooth x58
i7 950 @ stock
Geforce 470
GSkill PI 3x2GB
Corsair 750TX 750W PSU
WD 640 GB HDD
Some Asus dvd burner

I installed the OS, and I know I still have to install the Graphics Card Driver, but do I have anything after that?

Install the drivers for your motherboard. Go here and input your selections to get to the download page. You want to install Chipset, Audio, LAN, USB. Look over the Utilities to see if you want any of them. They should be explained in the manual for your mobo.

You will also want to install the plugins for your browser (Java, Flash, Shockwave, Quicktime, etc).

Install an antivirus. Microsoft Security Essentials is a good one and is free as long as you are running a legit copy of Windows.

Install Firefox.

Install some great free utilities, like CCLeaner, Revo Uninstaller, EVGA Precision (for overclocking your graphics card).

Don't forget a program to keep an eye on your temps like HWmonitor.
