Replacement HP DC Power Cable...Where Can I Buy?

Does anyone know of a good HP partner that sells replacement parts for laptops?
Heck, I'll buy a 100 pack of Chinese knockoffs for $10 if someone has a link.

I'm looking at part # 486637-001 which is the DC power socket/cable.
HP has it on their parts store for an insainly stupid $40 + $11.25 shipping. A bloody $1 part selling for $50, something that should work to begin with...ARG!!!!!

I'm not even sure if it's this part to begin with...

The laptop starts up on battery but the cable won't give it a charge, nor will the laptop start up with the battery out. Power cable has been tested.
So i'm assuming it's the DC connector.

$13, 5 year warranty, so if it does not work, they will refund it in 30 days, replace it for five years to come.

I screwed up with my description...

It's the DC input socket w/ cable, not power cable. Apologies...been a looooong day.
