Samsung SpinPoint F3 any good?

Would it just be safer to buy it through newegg for $10 more or does that site seem reputable?

Yup, one of the best consumer HDDs out at the moment. Fast and reliable. I have the 1TB one, had it since the summer and no problems.
Edit: lol, and it's half-full already. I have too much stuff.

It's up to you really. The site seems to me to be genuine, and has been certified by McAfee so I would go for it. BUT, if you really don't feel safe buying from that site just buy of Newegg, after all it's only $10

The larger F3's are stupid-fast, 1.5 and 2 TB (not sure about the 1TB, though).
