Upgrading Grafics Cards - Please Answer :)

Ok, a friend of mine has a Unopened

-iceq 4 HIS radeon hd4850-

Grafics Card, and he is getting a new computer with a better one then that anyway, and he said he would give the unopened one to me due to the lag issues with this Grafics card:

-GeForce 6150se nforce 430 -

I was just wondering if you think my system could handle it. Here are my specs:

6.00GB Ram
AMD Anthlon II x2 250u Processor 1.6 GHz
64-bit (OS) <-- Know it doesnt matter for this but anyway.
300 Watt Power supply (edited in)

New problem though. ( My Grafics card is built into my motherboard ). and idk if it would fit so...

Is your pc a prebuilt? Just wondering if your bios is locked.

It would help greatly if you could overclock your cpu to above 2ghz at least.

what power supply do you have? (make and model/wattage if you know it, if you don't know it you can find this info on the sticker on the psu itself)
