I didn't read because I'm not reading multiple lines of unnecessarily italicized font. Plus I saw that case in there. The case is ugly, and the power supply is garb. (derp)
I won't risk my components because of a cheap case PSU.

EDIT:
Actually give it a look before you completely ignore me. You've discovered a pet peeve.
- I was typing out my post when you posted it.

Then get a different case/psu. It's not that big of a deal.

Did you say that you didn't read because of the links? Uh... go to the link I just posted. The links actually work. Check out the components, why dont you, before you discount my build completely? I don't understand... here you are making both of our evenings unnecessarily difficult/expensive/irritating, with absolutely no gain to you whatsoever.

...
...
edit: whoops sorry the links don't work- but take a look at the original post in the thread titled "Should I buy these computers?" in this same forum.

Yeah, I said the links didn't work alright.

Anyways, Do you know of any good semi-modular PSU's for under $75?
Graphics card will be a GT 220 - Until I can afford a GTX 460.

You looked at the other link? To the original post, where the individual links worked? I highly recommend you do, unless you want to inconvenience yourself.

The PSU's you asked for:
Newegg.com - OCZ Fatal1ty OCZ550FTY 550W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
Newegg.com - Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply
Newegg.com - OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7

If you really are that confused and/or lazy, here- I'll copy and paste the links for you here.
CPU+mobo: http://go.techist.com/?id=2305x5750...t/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.547230
GPU and win7 Pro: http://go.techist.com/?id=2305x5750...Details.aspx?ItemList=Combo.544802.14-102-875
and here's a combo with the OCZ PSU listed above and some DDR3 RAM. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.545739
Now you can get whatever case you want and not have to look at the ugly smilodon. Note that this does not include HDD. you'll have to accomodate for this in your budget. Don't forget the HSF. If you're rock-bottom on budget, here's a cheap $10 one: http://go.techist.com/?id=2305x5750...com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835150087
I suggest you get that $20 Xigmatek one tho- comes w/ TIM and free shipping.

There. Ya happy now?

Maybe I'm not happy because you keep posting garbage parts.

Plus, I never asked for a build. I asked which processor to use.

Noticed you in a few threads, you're not very nice to people that are spending their time trying to help you TBH.

Redfish, leave it be, let him find one himself.

Yeah, I know >.>

But I asked a question on which CPU to use, not about a build. (Plus, his accusing me of saying something that he said, doesn't help.)

EDIT: It is the words I use and the way I phrase things that makes me sound like an angry person...

Just go with a x4. The price difference is $25 between the lowest of the two if you are looking at retail boxes.
