I won't risk my components because of a cheap case PSU.

Did you say that you didn't read because of the links? Uh... go to the link I just posted. The links actually work. Check out the components, why dont you, before you discount my build completely? I don't understand... here you are making both of our evenings unnecessarily difficult/expensive/irritating, with absolutely no gain to you whatsoever.

Now you can get whatever case you want and not have to look at the ugly smilodon. Note that this does not include HDD. you'll have to accomodate for this in your budget. Don't forget the HSF. Just go with a x4. The price difference is $25 between the lowest of the two if you are looking at retail boxes.
