BTW THATS SUPPOSED TO BE WIN32k.SYS ..... I'm just paying attention

Specs:

MSI 870-g54 mobo
OCZ3 10666 ddr3
AMD Phenom ll X4 3.2Gh black edition 955 (heatsync that came with it)
WD caviar blue 1TB (storage)
3 year old WD Caviar something sata 160 (System)
Nvidia 8800 gts OC 512 dr3
Sony dvd +/- rw DL something drive
650 pwr sply

All of the bsod from above have been happening specificaly with Iexplorer and while trying to load in fallouyt new vagas. hey check that out as I am writing this my screen just flashed like after changing resolution or something. Please help have to cut this message short before I BS again. CHK DSK Fine Memtest seems ok

Memory error. Get and run Memtest86+ If any red errors show up, your RAM is bad. Could be one stick or a set. Best to run multiple times with each stick on its own. Let it do a few passes.

OK!!!! Got new ram cause yes the old sticks showed errors.....I have a 4g mushkin silverline or whatever. I cant see the label now that its in the pc....moving on. doing updates and got another crash but I was't here for it....Iexplorer I hink did it again....its a 10666 so is this an issue? do I have to increase voltage or timings?

Well there is just 1 issue with your post. You say you got first a BSoD of 0x0000008e and then that second one, that is not a BSoD code at all and even if it was, it doesnt match the heading you gave. As the BSoD code for Bad Pool Header is 0x00000019 not 0x00000003. So we need accurate information in order to be able to help.
