at the time when i was at 1.6v idle was 5°C and load ( at 3.8 ) was 15°

I have my Phenom II 965 up to 4.0 GHz in AMD overdrive w/ voltage at 1.525 (36 C idle). Don't know what you're doing wrong honestly.
