How do you know what your core temps and stuff are? I keep hearing how ppl can monitor their internal temps. Are there gauges you can buy to do that?
For example, when I am gaming, how would I know when to turm my cpu cooler fan up some more?

People use programs such as Hardware Monitor, Core Temp, and Speed Fan. All of which are free but the more acurate are HW and Core Temp.

Depending upon the fan your using and the options available in your system bios, you can set the fan speed for different temperatures.

If you just want to monitor your cpu temperatures you can use an app like Real Temp 3.60. If you want to monitor them in game you can go to the Settings tab and select "Always on Top", but you have to deal with it blocking part of your screen.

You can use a utility like EVGA Precision or MSI AfterBurner to monitor and/or set your gpu fans speeds for different temperatures.
