I'm seriously considering upgrading my GPU I currently have a Nividia GeForce 8800GT, I am looking to spend between 100 to 150 GBP.
The two cards that had caught my eye are:

OcUK Value GeForce GTX 460 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card-

OcUK Value GeForce GTX 460 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with HAWX2 PC-Game []

HIS ATI Radeon HD 6850 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card-

HIS ATI Radeon HD 6850 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card []

Any advice and alternate suggestions will be appreciated, thanks

theyre pretty much neck to neck when it comes to FPS, power consumption and temps. The 6850 run 10 degrees hotter then the 460 when under full load, the 460 consumes 20w more when under full load than the 6850, the 6850 gains 2-3 fps on an avrage in most games over the 460. so its really your choice, i vouch for the 460 just because i own one, you cant go wrong. here are the benchmarks if you want to see for your self.

AMD

are you sure that's the model? searching for that brings up no results at all. probably some oem crap then.

i would consider upgrading your psu along with a gfx card upgrade. if it were a 550w from say, antec, seasonic, corsair, ocz, you'd be good to go, but i personally wouldn't trust whatever you have right now.
