That card says minimum of 450w psu
The psu linked is only 400 MAX or so says newegg so wouldn't that not work ( just want to make sure i'm not going crazy )

450w is a general recommendation by the manufacturer, because there are bound to be people who use this or any gfx card with a piece of crap psu.

the 400w is from a reputable brand (antec), you wouldn't have a problem if you were to have it setup like that.
