So can you guys help me? Im pretty much a newb. I know a little bit but Im not 100% sure about anything computer hardware. Can you guys help me refine the build? Its 843 and I don't want to spend more then 900.

XFX 6850. Originally, I chose the 5770. But with a 128bit bus, who does it think it's kidding?

You can knock that 965 to a 955 to save some cash. The 128bit bus was just fine for the 5770 but the 6850 is alot better in performance in general.

Buy some of those in combos and tack on an SSD. If you're really tight on money then it's not that important, but an SSD would greatly improve the load time for both OS and apps.

what about a 600W psu, he would save almost 50$ and it would still work fine that card . unless he plans on crossfire
