I wouldn't buy that ^^kit^^ of memory. The tall heat spreaders look cool but if you later decide to upgrade your heatsink, with a really good one, your choices will be extremely limited because the fins are a clearance issue.

I would go with this kit instead. It's $6 more at checkout but it's $14 cheaper after the rebate. And it has faster latency timings.
Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model OCZ3P1600C6LV6GK

Or this kit which is $10 cheaper and the latencies are almost identical, this kit has a slightly faster tRAS latency.
Newegg.com - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model 998679

Or this kit which is $20 cheaper and all of the latencies are just slightly slower.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8T-6GBRM
