Hard Drive advice?

I'm looking for a 2TB External USB. Is the connection speed good on USB, or should I do Fire Wire? Here is the one I found, only thing I dislike is that it is from BestBuy. I'm just looking for a simple one, as I'm going to start using alot of space to keep website and forums on a server. 2TB is enough, I just don't want to wait 3 days to upload 500GB of things...

Never buy parts from Best Buy unless they are better prices than NewEgg. I bought a Mouse and Keyboard there. They had a 50% off sale.

Also, that HDD you posted is retail. Newegg is not. Doesn't come with a box with software. Just the drive.
