Removing this heatsink? (pic)

This heatsink has two small metal levers, I pull them back and without forcing them and they only move a bit and go right back down into place. I'm sure it's simple, but before I break something I decided to post with a pic to get suggestions.

i would take the mobo out of the case and put it ona non-electro static surface. to take a closer look at how the mecanizum works.

use a screw driver.... just kidding. Actually, have you pushed on them both simutaneously?

Go here http://www.intel.com/support/processors/manuals/p4pman2.htm and download the instal instruction's then just do it all backward's.

Hey, thanks! Worked like a charm The two levels actual get pulled back, them you pop them off from the side. Kind of funky. Would be nice to see some "standards" in design, but I guess a variety keeps us on our toes.
