My advise is to let these guys pick your parts out for you and then use the link above as your assembly guide. If you have any problems you just have to ask for help
And I would avoid the watercooling until your a little more experienced. Those cheap kits they use in a "Pre-built" PC should be avoided. If your not overclocking the stock heatsink is fine and if you do want to learn overclocking then a good aftermarket heatsink will do the job as well or better than a cheap watercooling kit.
