Dual Monitor Question

My monitors are working fine, though I have a question about the mouse. When I'm running a full screen game, my second monitor stays running fine. I keep mIRC open on that side. Is there any way at all that I can operate on that second monitor with out having to exit the game or do an Alt-Tab/Desktop switch?

I understand this may seem silly, but I spent a lot of time gaming.. and some times need to make very quick actions through mIRC. Is there a way to run a dual mouse setup?

Hope this isn't in the wrong forum. And thanks for anyone taking the time to read it.. I know it may seem a very trivial issue.

If your game is full screen, you can not access the next monitor. You have to press alt + tab or windows key.

I understand, I was hoping for some software that let me do both is all.

Why not run the game in windows mode?

Then just set your game big.

But yha, full screen locks your mouse to the game.
