What do you guys think? Is it ok to press checkout? Am I getting the best bang for my buck? I feel so demanding Dx but I appreciate any and all help.

Its not bad... you are overkill on the power supply, a 500W would run it no issues, and even a gpu upgrade would still be okay, but its not super kill at 650W.

I don't know about ram, so thats someone elses area.
