Can my Powersupply handle it?

I'm running an amd 2500 xp mobile overclocked to 3200, i already have 4x 80mm fans but i have plently more and i plan to cut some holes into my side panel (4 more ) to keep my case nice and cold ;
my main concern is my powersupply, i already have it turned to the highest setting. my power supply is stock http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-138-033&depa=1

i just want to be sure that before i cut the holes for the fans that my power supply isnt going to be overloaded , thanks

you should be okay. 430 watts is pretty good.
