cpu speed drop?

grego > might be this,now that I think....it was making that loud sound with 60 to 76gb free space...now i got 40 gb free space.

as i speak ive an AV scanning,firewall,explorer,a p2p and msn mess for a total of 25 processes,using from 30 to 50% of the cpu.

Ive only one fan,the second sounding like a lawnmower,i disconnected it
