Advice On My $800 Build

Hey everyone, so I'm building my 2nd computer after 5 years! Yeah, its been awhile. Anyways I came to you guys for advice all those years ago, so now Im coming back.

Im not going to be building this for another month or two, so I know prices will drop and new things will come out but I just want to get a general idea of what to look for and if I should possibly wait till something new comes out and such.

Here it is-

All this come to $790

So Im open for any suggestions or advice about this build. I dont want to go too much over $800, but if it's definitely worth it then Ill consider it.

The i5 platform uses DDR3. Get this RAM instead Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM
Are you planning on OCing later on? If so you should consider a better motherboard.

yeah I totally missed the DDR3 thing, thanks man.

Yes I do plan on OC'ing later on. Im sorta clueless about the motherboard. Im changing the case Im getting to this-

so I have $40 left over just from that to spend on a better mobo now. What would you recommend for a mobo?
