Mobo / Cpu / Gpu

Im trying to build the best PC for gaming that I can afford. I need to buy a motherboard(has to support DDR2), cpu, and a graphics card while trying to
stay under 300$. Im dying to play starcraft 2 with "ultra" settings lol.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
