Overclocking a CPU to 5.2GHz, 6.5GHz and 7GHz!

Just gotta remember, those chips are specially selected by the manufactures to hit these kinda speeds, they don't know the true absolute limit, but they are the best of the entire production run for that series, home users will be incredibly lucky if they ever get there hands on things like that. But we should also remember, those are the days when processors ran at higher frequencies, processors work differently now in days.

They should sent a Overclocker up on the Shuttle to see what kind of speeds the cold of Space can produce.

We can achieve colder temps here on earth, space, you have all kinds of solar storms that would screw with electronics that aren't designed for space.

The original Phenoms had the cold bug; put them under those kinds of temps and they would hang up. That cost AMD a bit of market share. Well, that and the errata bug.

On the space thing, surely the CPU would overheat? Seeing as there's nothing for the heat to transfer to.
