i7 system with $750-800?

Then read what is posted below, yes if I am not mistaken it should do that, when I used adobe dreameaver cs4 before my mobo died last week it did something similair to what your asking.

Me I useless ulead 10.0 se dvd. :)
 
I used vegas studios back in 2005 on a dual core AM2+ it used both cores at 90% when rendering. It would use both cores when adding effects. Basically I would assume it will use as many cores are available (I loved that program back in my FFXI days)
