If you had an unlimited budget, what parts would you get?

GIGABYTE K8NSNXP
FX-55
2x1GB HyperX (Does anybody use 4GBs of RAM? Why or why not?)
6800 Ultra
2xSeagate 15k 73GB
Audigy2 ZS Platinum Pro

I'm not sure on the rest of the stuff, especially cases, PSUs, and cooling etc. I have a Thermaltake V5000A, and a Thermaltake 480W w/ TWV kit. The wires are crazy, and I haven't been able to find a way to organize them.

What kind of crazy stuff would you people get? :D

Here's mine

AMD Athlon FX 55
Abit AV8 Birds Eye S939
2x Seagate Cheetah 73GB 15K
2GB Corsair XMS Pro
eVGA 6800GT (overclocked to Ultra)
My sound card (Audigy 2)
My case (Thermaltake Xaser III)
21" Flat screen CRT of some sort.

Processor sounds about right, I'd get an Abit or MSI board though, like the AV8-3rd Eye or the MSI NEo2-Platinum. if I can't run the 4 gigs in dual channel then screw it, might as well get some 2gb kit of Corsair XMS or HyperX is also good. I'd get the 6800 Ulra Extreme Edition for the hell of it. There are 15,000 RPM hard drives out there!? If there are I'd get that, if you're talking about 2 drives in raid 0 that doesn't count. Otherwise I'd get sata drives. I think everyone would have a lot of the same. But I also like this processor and mobo since it's at 2.6GHz currently it outperforms an amd64 only because the 64 is working in a 32bit environment :p so it's good right now. I'd say an Ultra 500w Modular connection PSU, has real strong rails, or a Thermaltake 560w. SLK-948U heatsink with AS5 and 92mm Tornado with fan control. Definitely a lian-li cases as those are just plain sweet. Crazy ass dvd-burner and cd-burner lol and whatever else I might need

Turbocool 510 PSU
Plextor dual layer DVD combo drive (do they even have one out yet?)

A kick arse post modern/art deco computer desk with glass tops
Corsair XMS DDR400, four 512 sticks, dual channel

Not to start another X800 vs. 6800GT thread, but adding just a mere 6800GT to my system would supercharge it. I was talking to somebody online who had an X800 Pro and was as dissatisfied as me, and decided to upgrade. He was like "I couldn't believe the difference, the 6800GT is just so much faster than the X800 Pro." However, once the money starts flowing in again, that is last on my priority list. It would be just adding icing on the cake, which would be nice, but its not necissary right now. I am going to be saving for some other, more vital things such as paying Cox cable to come out to my parents' farm so I don't have to wait hours for pages to load anymore.

Good god mon, with that kind of setup, your computer would turn on before you even hit the button cause it read your mind and sh!t. I couldn't even imagine the speed in which windows would load or copying files would probably be damn near instant. That would be a crazy ass computer to set up apokolipse lol
