Annoying computer freezes

I have a problem with browsing the internet/downloading at the same time. Most of the times I cannot browse more than 12 or so tabs on Google Chrome before my computer starts to freeze, which forces me to force restart (button).

I don't know how powerful my integrated HD 4200 is, but I thought it was good enough to be able to browse forums and open up 12 or so tabs?

I've already tried CCleaner for registry problems, tried a few other registry cleaners but had to system restore because of problems.

Have you checked your ram with memtest86+

Yeah, I'm actually testing it right now, I'll run it overnight and see if anything comes up..

Yes, ok so it went through 6 Passes with 0 Errors, 100%.

I've tried running some low key games such as Age of Empires 2 and whatnot. Resulted in a freeze as well, about 5 minutes into the games. Surprisingly, I can't say the same for Sims 2.

hwmonitor is a good program to show all your stuff, CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

30C to 47C (highest I saw it ever go). And obviously I can't reach 50C+ because I'm hardly ever on load!

CPU VCORE jumps from 0.99 to 1.15
+3.3V jump from 3.31 to 3.33
+12V from 12.93 to 12.99
-12V from -6.21 to -6.14
