Is it possible to use distilled white vinegar to clean my lcd monitor? If not, what should I use?

That is what I do.

There is also the method of 1/3 part alcohol and 2/3 part water.

I never heard of vinegar. I think that is bad.
 
Agreed with MoM above but it also seems vinegar and distilled water can be used as well.

To prepare the solution for cleaning LCD monitors, you will need deionized or distilled water and vinegar or iso-propyl alcohol - Don't use tap water or mineral water as they could leave white marks on the screen because of the dissolved salts.

I know we have topics on this. But since they havent been posted in they will not show up in the search field.

Use either a barely moist cloth or spent the $3 and get LCD cleaning wipes at Walmart.
