@ soulphire, the 800D doesnt have any front intake ;)

Yes, you should rotate the heatsink so that the heat is exhausting out of the rear fan. The remaining heat that hasn't been removed by the rear fan will then be exhausted out of the top.

there is nothing wrong with the way you have it, infact, i would have the rear fan as an intake blowing on the cooler to help dissipate heat, if you have 3 fans in the top exhausting air you dont need the back exhausting the air

I disagree, your just creating turbulence instead of a defined ventilation path.
 
Should be able to, however it's not going to offer you that much improvement over 4.0ghz
I'd play around with the vcore and see how low you can get it while still staying stable. For 24/7 operation, the lower the voltage the better :)
