Well, no matter what settings I have, on max or on low, it still gives me the same fps. However, when I'm in an area without people around me, it does go up to around 50.
EDIT: Thanks for the suggestion Trotter, but I really don't know the process of installing a motherboard and reconnected my power supply, hard drives, etc. that well.
