Need help finding a HDD controller driver for windows 7

I have a gateway MT6821 laptop I'm reinstalling windows 7 on, but their website doesn't have the mass storage driver for that model for windows 7, so it's not detecting the hdd. Any idea where I could find this driver, or know of a way to get around it?

You can try the drivers directly from Gateway. They say they have Vista Drivers and those should work. But like MoM said Win7 should have those drivers by default. When did you get this error? When trying to install Win7? Do you have an IDE or SATA Hard Drive? Have you checked the BIOS to see if ACHI or IDE Mode is on?
