First of all I'd like to thank CalcProgrammer1 for his built posted on http://www.techist.com/forums/f76/need-pc-built-1000-budget-234007/ I went ahead and bought the built (with some small tweaks) & It's running fantastic.

My IRL has been extremeley jealous because of my new built & He's thinking about also buying a new one, His budget is slightly lower as mine though, he has about $700-800 to spend.

It will be used for gaming; MW2, the upcoming BlackOps & Other games with similiar requirements.

After trying to buy from newegg I found out they don't ship to my country (Belgium), I found my parts at an internet shop here but they're far more expensive than new egg, so I was wondering if tigerdirect ships to Belgium.

Call of Duty games aren't very processor heavy, so for your processor I would recommend Quad Core, and around the 2.5-2.7GHZ speed.

I can't find that mobo in any of the local shops / web shops. Could you suggest a different one?

I'd cut back the CPU, that's a little unnecessary. Go with a lower 900-series CPU, and get your items in combos (from NewEgg). That'll save you big bucks for upgrades.
For mobo, i'd go with, say, an ASUS M4A89 series. With the combo savings i'd aim for a HD5850 GPU or a better case or SSD/RAID. I don't have the time right now (gotta clean my room) but maybe later i'll see what I can put together.
