just my suggestion, up to you if you wanna take it:

ditch the lga775 build, there are better options for the money. for only a few bucks difference, going with an amd build would get you better performance.

cpu
Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX

motherboard
Newegg.com - ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

ram
Newegg.com - G.SKILL ECO Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO

those should only cost a few bucks more than what you currently have listed.

if you want to stick with an intel build, go with an i3 or i5 quad.

a 4850 would also be a better buy for the money than a 9800gt.

He already has the CPU, Muffin, so the die has already been cast unless it can be returned.

Go with the 800gb WD caviar greed HDD, and try to find mobo with DDR3 RAM. I agree with muffin man, if you cna, then return CPU and go with AMD for medium-budget system, but otherwise mainly try to find DDR3. One of the problems with Core 2 is that it's so outdated.

@Fatclown: Thanks for those links, probably gonna go with the combo package with the power supply. (I already own the dummies book ;)

@Muffin & Redfish: I really wanted to go with the i3, i5, i7 setup, but at the time money was an issue and I had to go with the quadcore. I need this computer for school in the next 2 weeks, so I went with the LGA 775 build, will get me up and runnin while still somewhat decent.

Gonna start ordering these items soon. Probably tonight, if anyone has anymore last minute suggestions, please provide ill be on all night.
